Tom Blackman

I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a BA in Agricultural Business.  I received my Real Estate Sales Associate license in 1987 and my Brokers license in 1990.  After receiving my Corporate license, I opened a franchise company in 1990.

I have personally handled over 400 property sales transactions, and constructed and sold over 50 spec houses.  I have been married for almost 30 years and have two daughters, Sara and Sally, who work in my office as my licensed assistants. 

During my 20 years in Real Estate I have developed four subdivisions, built over twenty five homes, three commercial buildings and two multi-family projects. I am very active in commercial and residential sales, as well as raw land parcels, large and small.

Sara (Blackman) Girton

After receiving my Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado, I married a fellow Amador County resident who enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. When we had our son, we decided that we would raise our family here, the place where we both grew up. 

I have been working in different aspects of the industry for several years.  Prior to getting my license, I worked at a leading escrow company. After that, I was the Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Director for a top producing sales team at a number one Coldwell Banker corporate office in San Diego. Today I enjoy working everyday with the professionals in our offices and look forward to helping more people with all of their real estate needs.

Sally Blackman

Our family relocated to Amador County from the Portland, Oregon area in 1985.  After high school, I attended the American Intercontinental University, an art college in London.  I have my Bachelors degree in Visual communication, with a concentration in Graphic Design and Advertising.

I have developed marketing and advertising for major subdivisions both here in Amador County and in Southern California.  Now I am the marketing part of the Blackman Team.  I will make sure that your property is marketed effectively and attractively.
